Aviso is a non-custodial software interface for trading digital assets. Your keys are generated on your device and stay there. We never hold your funds, and we cannot move them — not for you, not for anyone. When you trade, you are instructing your own wallet; we build, check and route the transaction.
You must be 18 or older. You may not use Aviso if you live in, or access it from, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are on a sanctions list. It's on you to know whether crypto trading is legal where you are.
One fee: 1% per trade. Trades under $25 are free. Pro ($25/mo) halves the trading fee. There are no other charges — we pay network gas on every supported chain, and the all-in total is shown before you confirm. If a fill comes in worse than quoted, we refund the difference automatically.
Every token is run through deterministic checks before you can buy it. If a token fails — for example, our simulation cannot sell it — the buy button is disabled, not hidden behind a warning. A token passing the gate means it cleared those specific checks at that moment. It is not an endorsement, not a prediction, and not investment advice. Tokens that pass can still go to zero.
Nothing on Aviso — verdicts, stats, rankings, docs, bot replies — is investment, legal or tax advice. We show you real numbers, including the base rate that most buyers of speculative tokens lose money. What you do with those numbers is your decision and your responsibility.
Don't use Aviso to break the law: no market manipulation, no laundering, no evading sanctions, no attacking the service or other users. The Break-the-Bot challenge is the one place we invite attacks — against the challenge bot only, under its published rules. We may suspend interface access for abuse; because we never hold your funds, your assets remain yours and reachable with your own keys.
Aviso is provided as-is. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. We never custody funds, so we cannot move, freeze or recover them — if you lose your keys and your recovery setup, no one can restore access, including us. Where a specific guarantee is stated (like the refund-if-worse rule or the Rug Shield pool), it applies exactly as documented and no further. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.
